1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Psalms Anytime, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. Registration requires separate affirmative acceptance of the current Terms and Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
The current registration experience is intended for people age 18 or older. You must provide accurate registration information, be legally able to enter this agreement, and use the service only where lawful.
3. The Service
Psalms Anytime helps users pray biblical Psalms for personal needs and explore Psalms by curated themes. Features may vary by platform and release, and prelaunch features may change. We may maintain, improve, limit, or discontinue features, with notice where reasonably possible.
4. Spiritual, Medical, and Safety Limits
Psalms Anytime is a prayer and Scripture-reading tool. It is not a church, pastoral-care provider, healthcare provider, counselor, emergency service, or crisis-monitoring service. It does not determine God's will, guarantee an outcome, or verify an answered prayer. Theme associations are curated and are not diagnosis, personalized professional advice, or divine interpretation.

5. Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share a password or authentication token. Notify support@boreinu.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Your Content
You keep ownership of personal prayer requests and other content you submit. You give us a limited, nonexclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to you as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to limited backup, legal, and security retention described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not submit content you do not have a right to use. Respect the privacy of other people and avoid unnecessary sensitive identifying information.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Break the law, threaten or exploit others, or interfere with another person's use of the service.
- Attempt unauthorized access, evade security or rate limits, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or introduce malicious code.
- Automate abusive requests, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, or use the service to distribute spam.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
- Use the service as an emergency reporting channel.
8. Scripture and Intellectual Property
The Psalms Anytime name, harp treatment, software, design, and original material are protected by applicable law. Scripture quotations identified as World English Bible (WEB) are from a public-domain translation. Other third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
9. Free Service and Donations
The app is intended to be free and may be supported by optional donations. A donation does not purchase access, influence prayer features or Psalm assignments, affect moderation, or create ownership or decision-making rights. Any future payment processing will be handled under the identified third-party provider's terms and privacy policy.
10. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the service and request Account Deletion. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, address serious or repeated violations, or respond to security risk. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to ask for review.
11. Availability and Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Psalms Anytime is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, preservation of every draft, or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator of Psalms Anytime will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss arising from reliance on the service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the free service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly for the service during the previous 12 months or US $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version and effective date will appear here. Material changes affecting registered users will receive appropriate notice and require affirmative acceptance where required; silence alone does not count as acceptance.
