How to Request Deletion
- Email privacy@boreinu.com from the email address registered to your Psalms Anytime account.
- Use the subject Delete My Psalms Anytime Account.
- State that you want the account and associated data permanently deleted. Do not include your password or other sensitive information.
- Complete the limited identity verification step we send you. We may request additional information only when necessary to prevent unauthorized deletion.
What We Delete
- Your account profile and authentication sessions.
- Personal prayer requests, request states, and account-linked prayer history.
- Favorites, preferences, synchronization records, and registered device records associated with the account.
- Other account-linked content unless retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
Timing and Backups
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, or sooner when applicable law requires. Data in encrypted backups may remain for up to 35 additional days and is not available for ordinary use.
Data on Your Device
After server deletion is confirmed, remove the account from the app and uninstall it or clear its storage to remove remaining local app data. Clearing local data alone does not submit a server deletion request.
Deleting Individual Requests
Deleting one personal prayer request inside the app does not delete your account. Individual requests may remain recoverable in Recently Deleted for 30 days before a scheduled purge.
If You Cannot Access Your Account Email
Email privacy@boreinu.com and explain that you no longer control the registered address. Do not send identity documents until we provide a secure and necessary verification path.
