Requests Are Not Monitored in Real Time
Personal prayer requests are saved so you can pray for them. They are not a way to contact emergency responders, and no person continuously reviews them. A safety notice in the app is advisory and cannot identify every urgent situation.
Seek Appropriate Support
Prayer can sit alongside practical care. For medical or mental-health concerns, contact a qualified professional. For abuse, threats, self-harm, or immediate safety concerns, use an appropriate local emergency or crisis resource. A trusted pastor, counselor, family member, or friend may also help you find support.
Protect Sensitive Information
Personal requests are transmitted to and stored by the service and are not end-to-end encrypted. Include only what you are comfortable storing. Avoid passwords, financial credentials, government identifiers, precise addresses, or unnecessary identifying information about another person.
